• Responsible for producing product that met all internal and contract quality specifications for the customer.• Performed all preventive maintenance on equipment to sustain efficiency of operations and to adhere to the company’s preventive maintenance program. Repaired breakdowns, calibrated equipment, full engagement in the Total Productive Maintenance program, and monthly parts inventory. • Multitask daily to include fulfilling the role of the EHS coordinator (individual facility & regional), fulfilling OSHA required training, audits, maintaining the company’s Crisis Management and Spill Response Plan, annual SARA Reporting to meet state and federal requirements, administrative duties, such as, ordered parts, create requisitions for PO’s, annual budget preparation, production reporting, variance analysis of costs, etc.• Capital projects management included writing a detailed scope of the project, breakdown of costs, present to management for review and approval, monitor progress of the project through completion.• Wrote control language programs, created graphics, and performed routine maintenance for the Honeywell Control System which is the interface between the operator and our process.• Team member of the first plant within our company to launch “Flexible Operations” which automates the process without operator interface.
