As President of PPC Lubricants, I manage a company that has 6 facilities in the Mid Atlantic Region. PPC has grown from 10 employees and $5M in revenues in 2001 to 220 employees and $200M in revenues in 2019. Over the last several years PPC has started 5 additional Divisions; PPC DEF Solutions, PPC Nat Gas Solutions, PPC DEF Blending and Production, PPC S-CORE Solutions and PPC Logistics, As CSO of PPC I have identified, valued and closed 29 acquisitions of small to mid size competitors. This is inclusive of transitioning (4) BP / Castrol, (2) Shell / Pennzoil and (2) ENI Direct distribution sites. In 2018 Drydene Performance Products was started as a stand alone company to launch the DRYDENE brand and products back into the market, after the brand had been out of the market since the early 90's. DRYDENE is a strong heritage brand that dates back to 1943, when it was started as a brand by then, Dryden Oil Company, that started in 1893. I like to Lead and Live by the Mantra ...
