• Instructional leader: with teachers and skills specialists, looking at data from exams, quizzes and state tests to develop appropriate lesson plans using the Teaching for Learning Process • Visiting classrooms daily to provide feedback for teachers and entering coaching cycles when appropriate• Assisting in maintaining safety for students and staff• Evaluation of teachers using INVEST• Math and science administrator• RTI, 504, and SPED Administrator • Implementation of initiatives to monitor and improve student success in academics and attendance

• Instructional leader: provide structure within the PLC meetings and lead discussions about data and the relationship to planning. Ensuring strategies from the Fundamental Five are implemented daily• Assisting to maintain safety for students and staff• CTE program evaluation• Perkins Grant Writer• Evaluation of staff using PDAS and T-TESS• Develop and implement 9th grade operation success program• Budget development and implementation• Master schedule and course selection (CTE and 9th grade)• Promote and develop the CTE programs for recruitment of a diverse student population
