On site at Spring Hill, TN. Manage the build and installation of tooling and equipment used to relieve ergonomic issues related to the build process. Responsible for installation of electric and pneumatic nut runners, ergo related hand tools, lift assist tools, work station set up, and build processes. Also, part of launch team to review, record, follow up build issues for manufacturig or engineering solutions through to closer.

On site resident engineer for launch of 2015 Corvette. Installed and tuned in new tooling for C7 Corvette. Responsibilities included solving related Wall issues to all added tools in GA during launch also hand applied tooling to meet ergo requirements discovered during launch. Worked with GM engineering at Tech Center and contracted tooling sources to design and build chassis tools I was responsible for.The last year and a half I was on site at Bowling Green for launch.

Responsible to design, build, and install tooling for use GA during new product launches. Built and installed such thins as cockpit lines, and load tools. Seat load tools, end effectors for glass load, battery load tools, chassis assembly equipment and many other tools to meet ergonomics requirements for ease of operations during the assembly process. Covered small and large vans, large trucks, small and mid size car programs, and some specialty programs like Corvette and SRX Cad.
