On 11/26/2014Today I announced my intention to seek another term as Magisterial District Judge. It has been an honor to serve my communities over the last 5 years. I will promise that I will at all times follow the Rule of Law in rendering Judgements. I will treat all those that come to my court with fairness and respect. I have set high standards for myself and staff and it is my responsibility to ensure the highest level of public confidence in my position as Judge. As part of the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System the Magisterial District Judge is at the foundation. There are approximately 540 MDJ in the State. Some of the duties that are preformed are the handling of Preliminary Arraignments,search warrants,arrest warrants,and Emergency Protection from Abuse orders. The MDJ will also conduct preliminary hearings for criminal court cases. Traffic violations are heard at the MDJ as well as land lord tenant and civil cases.

Supervised all Officers work schedules. Coordinated all Public Relations with the news media.Responsible that all Officers were certified with continuing education and training. Worked closely with the Seneca Valley School District to ensure security at local schools.
