R3 Development NFP is a youth employment, community and leadership development non-profit serving the community of East St. Louis, IL.

Manage and oversee home rehabs and renovations, work with and oversee a team of contractors, write construction plans, oversee building permits and municipality code guidelines, track expenditures and cost analysis. Pursue and perform cost analysis on available properties. Personal work skills include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall, siding.

I oversee a team of managers, assistant managers and shift leaders to ensure the highest quality of customer service, food safety, product management, food preparation and integrity with the Subway brand. I build into people with the daily recognition that it's those people who make the business, as they are shaped and molded by the business they are making and the people they work with. Regular tasks include: interviewing, hiring, employee management, inventory, sales analysis, scheduling, product management, customer satisfaction, equipment maintenance, technology over site and POS maintenance.

I worked in support of the store and general manager to comply with Subway and local health standards and lead a team of employees to exceed those standards. I worked diligently with my team to execute exceptional customer service, maintain a quality product, oversee inventory control standards and cultivate a welcoming customer experience and employee work environment.

I helped to start this new church beginning in 2007. I participated in consistent preaching and teaching including writing curriculum and creating church discipleship tools. I worked with a team of elders to cast vision for the direction of the church and shepherd and care for the needs of the congregation. I created and oversaw an organizational structure that consisted, in part, of writing a membership covenant, forming a membership process, forming and overseeing an elder candidate process, assimilating and mobilizing volunteers to work within the church and engage the surrounding community. I worked with city officials and local schools to assess needs in the community and mobilize people to address those needs. I created and oversaw the church budget, and built and mobilized a finance team to collect and track spending and donations. I monitored and regularly updated the church website through artwork and content creation. I oversaw all aspects of the church calendar including planning and implementing events.

As I transitioned from teaching at NCCS to pastoring at North Church, I gathered a team of personal and ministry supports to buy into the vision of church-planting and disciple-making through the ministry of North Church. I raised personal funds and established prayer warriors to support my family in our ministry transition.

Managed personal rental property, oversaw home maintenance and improvements, managed tenants and leases, fostered tenant relationships in an atmosphere of grace and empathy more than simply running a business and collecting rent.

I Instructed middle and high school students in Bible and Christian leadership. I worked alongside parents for the development of students. I directed spiritual leadership and development of the student body. I organized and lead weekly chapel services and coached basketball and baseball.

I recruited and casted vision to the supporters of Global Encounter Ministries to establish and deepen partnerships around the vision of making and mobilizing disciples among the teenagers in St. Louis and beyond.
