As General Manager I lead a team of funeral professionals as we serve over 2,000 families every year. Our high volume, low cost, approach challenges us to be efficient, compassionate and effective. Most days I am privileged to provide support to my key managers. We work together to optimize each part of the business including funeral operations, memorial celebrations, customer service, pre-arrangements and strategic partnerships.
