I am currently focused on my work with non-profit organizations assisting other veterans. I am working on the Mission First, Inc. board as treasurer. This organization is developing a Sanctuary for veterans where they may join in the company of other veterans and where groups may come to provide healing veteran support. I am also working as the local Vet Court mentors coordinator through our Veteran Outreach organization. Because I still love solving "impossible" problems, I am keeping my consulting business active, but on a very limited basis.I am a Journey Tool and Die-maker, an experienced process engineer, quality director, and chief manufacturing engineer at General Motors. I have developed and led training sessions and worked as an adjunct professor at the University of Southern Indiana. I have been certified any many areas including Quality Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Auditing, Six-sigma Black Belt, and Supplier Quality. I am Skilled in DMAIC, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Strategic Sourcing, Root Cause Analysis, and Continuous Improvement. I completed my Master of Science in Manufacturing Management at Kettering University.
