CurrentSenior Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect – Enterprise Accounts in NY Metro Area• Participate in account planning with district sales management to strategize net new customers and create action plans to expand opportunity with current customers.• Maintain knowledge of Commvault’s competitive landscape including Veritas, Dell/EMC, IBM, Veeam, Cohesity, Rubrik and others• Manage global-scale design and implementation projects.• Prepare, propose and present complex RFP/RFI responses. • Strong business case development to include financial, technical and business value add• Perform discovery while engaging with the customer to understand key technical, financial, operational, and business challenges that can be mitigated or alleviated with the Commvault platform.• Assist various internal development teams to enhance the Commvault solution based on customer asks and requirements.• Propose and demonstrate the Commvault platform through the use of white board, presentations and product demonstration to C-level executives, stakeholders and operations teams.• Assist in the hiring/interview process for potential new SE's and/or Account Managers.• Mentor - provide technical leadership to engineers new to the NY Enterprise team.• Oversee the creation and presentation of the business value surrounded by merits to C-level executives.• Develop and maintain strong relationships, ensuring that technical account management best practices are being followed with customers, partners, VARS, etc.• Define, execute and document complex customer POC's while rounding up the best resources to be successful when needed.• Infinity Club for Top Performers 5 out of 6 years.• 2020 Sales Engineer of Year.
