CEO references are available from both IFDS and Old Mutual Wealth.I was solely responsible for the complete delivery of the migration and transformation of Old Mutual Wealth's Life & Pensions systems to IFDS's Percana platform. This is one of three concurrent programmes that formed one of the largest financial services programmes delivered in Europe.The 84,000 man day Life & Pensions systems migration was delivered 1 week late from plans base lined June 2014. We utilised a hybrid Agile and Waterfall delivery methodology that proved so successful that I am keen to utilise this delivery model in future large Transformation Programme Deliveries.The programme delivery has included the on-boarding of a new Indian development partner (Wipro) from scratch, opening an offshore data centre with circ. 170 development staff with no previous experience of Old Mutual or IFDS's Percana systems, as well as utilising an existing offshore delivery centre in China (HengTian). At peak I had delivery responsibility for over development 200 staff.
