I currently work for B-Secured security company as an Operations Manager. My job role consists of supplying clients with skilled workers to represent our company in a various range of work in the security industry including iconic stadia such as Wembley and The London Stadium where we provide up to 60 members of staff for each event, I also specialise in providing security staff for some major music festivals all over the UK including Glastonbury and Leeds festival to name just a couple, our staff all have valid SIA door supervision licences and 75% have obtained or in the process of obtaining their level 2 NVQ in spectator safety with key members obtaining their level 3, I also manage the training of our staff ensuring they are up to date with all health and safety requirements and conduct risk assessments wherever necessary. Previously I worked in ASDA for 15 years and a manager for 12 years. Key roles and responsibilities include managing staff of up to 100 people across the store, ensuring KPI's are met for all my areas which include exceeding sales performance, , liaising with buyers and suppliers, conducting risk assessments and health and safety checks to ensure compliance within both law and company policies, staff rotas, conduct team and one to one meetings with key colleagues as well as yearly appraisals amongst other key tasks ensuring the store performs to its best
