As a Test Engineer (HomPod Generation 1): • Responsible for all test stations software Verification of Apple smart speaker Homepod product, make sure the station test coverage are matching test objective, submit verification report to Apple engineers to review and approve. • Responsible for dealing with some kinds of abnormal units in the production line, analyzing and find out the root cause, improve yield. • Responsible for PDCA network maintenance, software importation, overlay package and upload, etc. ensure that the factory's test overlays are Apple's specified version. • Responsible for the QT(Quick Test) station software development, debugging and online, make sure to meet the special test requirements of the factory. As a Project Manager (iPad Pro& iPad Mini5&Apple Watch S7): • Work with Foxconn internal team (AP&RF), tracking line bring up status and risk items which will affect the plan, highlight deviation to Apple counterpart. • Work with AP&RF&SW propose the golden units and materials for line bring up and sustaining, cooperate with OPM&PMC&MFG team to get allocation by following the golden selection SOP.• Cooperate with R & D to complete the handover work from NPI to MP. (Including but not limited to Test coverage, Test time, station SOP, Test Flow, Retest rate, Yield loss rate etc.) • Be responsible for cooperating with all internal departments of Foxconn to find out various problems affecting production yield and solve them together.
