Currently involved in a large ECC(multiple on prem) to S4 transformation for a holding company that has a diverse portfolio. There is a global design for RtR covering the US manufacturing and manufacturing business headquartered in Krakow, Poland. PtP, FtP, OtC, WtM all have nuances based on country and involve RICEFWF development. Two countries The Ukraine and Brazil are on non-SAP platforms and are true conversions to S4. Peripheral modules being implemented in parallel include Group Reporting, IM/PS, IBP, and BPC. In addition to being global lead at the PMO I have had to be intimately involved in Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Data, and whatever else pops up that needs to be resolved. Managed effort to implement the ThoughtSpot business intelligence analytics software for the Sales and Marketing group. Source of the data was recently transformed S4/HANA system which was proving to be less than timely and effective in providing valuable KPIs.

Chartered with rescoping and implementing the SAP Treasury module due to delivery failure by system integrator. The effort involves all aspects of Cash, Investment, and Debt Management redesign, data migration, and integration with existing FICO install. As part of the PMO have been chartered with taking responsibility for the SAP portfolio of projects for the coming fiscal year. Amongst those are notabley a major enhancement pack upgrade, HCM enhancement/replacement, and budgeting tool selection and implementation and defining BW structures to allow for dashboard solutions.

Responsible for the replacement of all enterprise applications with a full suite of SAP ERP applications. I was attached to project from vendor selection based on RFP proposals through Go Live and support phase. SAP modules implemented included FICO, HCM, Purchasing/SRM, EAM, Mobile, PBF, and BI/BOBJ with other supporting components. Managed internal resource activites and the work conducted by the systems integrator and hosting provider.
