There must be a sense of accomplishment, and pride for a job "well done."I have been working in the truck mounted hydraulic equipment industry for 24 years. I started as technician, and have worked up to Service Manager. Now have opened a new facility for BIK, from scratch. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, customer service, scheduling, estimating, technical support to both customers and technicians, and field service work.My time here has taught me many skills within our industry. I have grown, not only as a person, but as a Leader, and a Technician.We are responsible for the mounting, and maintenance of many different types of truck mounted equipment from aerial devices, digger dereks, articulating knuckle boomc ranes, stick boom cranes and many more.I am proud of my accomplishments, and hope to continue to help, and assist customers, and technicians for many years to come.
