This journey consisted of implementation of an end-to-end talent management system (UltiPro) with manager and team member self-service resulting in an overall increase in efficiency and decrease in organizational costs. This helped to drive a culture of evidence-based decision making and planning.Redesigned performance management process - improving quality, compliance, user experience and adoption. Participation rate in first year was 99%.Improved overall engagement scores in 4 of 5 categories over a 12 month period.Initiated a culture project, in association with an outside firm, to have a greater focus on culture; thereby, driving overall engagement and improvement of business results. Encouraging head and heart in all that we do. Process included creating culture champions, in-depth organizational assessment and development of culture roadmap.
