Enabling businesses, Individuals and Organisations to build teams around them and access Relationships and Partnerships for specific and mutual benefit.Since beginning the business last year I have already worked across a wide variety of industries including Sport (surprise, surprise) and the arts as well as Private, Public and Third sectors. Nowadays, more than ever, institutions, businesses and individuals need to have people alongside them that can act as the "glue" which holds things together. With businesses increasingly target driven and time for potential projects cut to the bone I like to think I am able to set initiatives rolling and on track in order for clients to come in at what they consider to be an appropriate stage to find that the background work is done and the decks are cleared for them to take things forward as they see fit.

The Olympians Group consists of over 3,000 British Olympians based all around the world. As a board member I see it as vital to ensure the group becomes involved with sporting initiatives instigated by private, third and public sectors. Their experience and know-how is huge as are their "little back books". To that end the 3,000+ members should be fully integrated into the framework of sport, business and culture within this country.Never has partnership working been more economically or holistically valuable!

A voluntary position to help enable Coventrians, that might not otherwise be able to do so, participate in and enjoy their sport.The city of Coventry is going through a challenging period and sport plays a vital role in the physical and psychological wellbeing of it's citizens

A part-time position which sits in along my "Day Job", I help to make connections and use my personal experience within sport to increase the take-up and address the drop-out rate of grass-root level sport.I see it as my responsibility to spread the word regarding how success stories elsewhere can be replicated within the region by local stakeholdersMy role also involves championing the region to ensure that the great things we do aren't hidden away but made apparent and used to generate pride within the local communityI have to ensure that the relevant Sport England hierarchy is kept aware of how the local landscape is being affected by our programmes and initiatives. Likewise if there are success stories or issues that are on-going and it is appropriate for them to be flagged up, I convey the information through the relevant Sport England channels.
