Chicago Market Sr. LeadServe as lead for the telecom / network / desktop, a 14 member team, supporting Weiss Memorial Hospital, West Lake Hospital, West Suburban Medical Cental and MacNeal Hospital and 22 remote clinics to ensure medical technologies / connectivity at each site worked properly with minimal disruptions or downtimes. Manage vendors and support turnkey Avaya, Nortel, and Cisco VOIP technology telephony systems. • Support and manage wired networks and wireless infrastructure including: Comcast, AT&T DSL links, multiple facility data closets, DS3, T1 Data Circuits, OC12/OC24, Opteman fiber circuits, remote private clinic, and physician practice IDF closets. • Responsible for configuring and managing facility Cisco standard switch/router refreshes, upgrades and new installations as well as Cisco ASA 5540 firewall support.
