Im a strong successfull Assistant Director of Apprenticeships and STEM, Managing over £1.5 million curriculum of full, part time and apprenticeship learners. Areas of management are Engineering, Electrical Installation, Motor vehicle all construction trades science. I manage a large team of teaching staff and apprentice coaches ensuring all college KPI'S in achievement, retention. Delivering an employer lead curriculum ensuring students are ready for employment is my main focus.Organiser and project manager for international work placement.
