- Plan, implement logistics and supply chain strategies to support overall customer experience, timely and cost-effective order fulfilment. - Handling demand planning, scheduling, materials management and inventory management to meet market needs.- Ensure procurement and production processes meet legal requirements and no-waiver policy standards, negotiate with vendors to retrieve services/products to meet production schedule.- Governance Toller production to ensure the services meet defined requirements and KPIs. Optimize product production costs and identify process improvements to create value.

- Accountable for the link between regional user base and the global Logistics Visibility team.- Provide guidance for users and channel questions, issues, and feedback to the global team.Share success stories and best practices.- Analyze and develop implementation plan per country or sub-region. Develop a deep understanding of the requirements and challenges in each country. - Ensure relevant Logistics Service Providers are connected to the visibility layer, support the onboarding process, and data quality topics.- Monitor Logistics Service Providers' service performance and KPIs based on reports.

- Responsible for capturing demand for strategic and tactical topics from business partners by divisions,regional business units, local business in sub-region or countries.- Translates demand and requirements into functional services and proactively promote new functional services.- Sharing solutions and best practices within the organization to ensure they create values for internal business partners.

- Providing operational support on SAP BW incidents and problems with consultation, solutions, and analysis to ensure business as usual and within the Service Level Agreement (SLA). In addition, involve in executing system configuration changes. - Training to BASF users such as the BU controllers is also part of the job scope to handle reporting needs.
