Leading the HR Operations (Business Partnering, Service Delivery, Reward and Policy) team and providing insights, risk analyses, flexible and innovative solutions to HR challenges by understanding the business realities. Acting as a trusted partner to address and resolve HR challenges.

Lead the development and delivery of reward, benefits and policy in order to achieve robust systems and policies across the site. Responsibilities:• Meet organisation's reward needs (base pay, variable, benefits, terms and conditions, stock plans) by identifying and integrating external best practice Reward Strategies while continually benchmarking current practice against external best in class organisations;• Work with the senior business partners to identify emerging needs of the business and channel these into the development of reward policies and practices;• Provide expert and comprehensive consultancy / research advice on reward design and implementation throughout the site• Manage the current regulatory reward environment and proactively assess the impact of future legislation and external market requirements to input into decision-making and strategy in order to maintain compliance and limit risks to the business;• Work in consultation with the HR Operations team to implement process changes or to enhance and/or implement changes to the pay and benefits process.

Driving at a local level the implementation of global standards and processes that enhance the quality and value of HR support and services to the Global division.
