• Manage the current regulatory reward environment and proactively assess the impact of future legislation and external market requirements to input into decision-making and strategy in order to maintain compliance and.
• Work in consultation with the HR Operations team to implement process changes or to enhance and/or implement changes to the pay and benefits process.
