Beginning his life and career in Salem, Oregon, Dave has since worked in leadership positions for many popular collision repair companies both large and small before moving to Nashville, Tennessee and eventually starting Elite Body Shop Solutions in 2014. Dave is a well-known industry expert and through his writing and speaking, has inspired an international audience of thousands to improve their businesses and their lives.
