I am a Food and Beverage Ambassador, with over 2 decades of expertise in Top Class customer service and CustomerSatisfaction. I started working in the year 2000, where I got a chance to work at the most prestigious and only 4-Diamond property, (at that time) in Jamaica called The Half Moon Golf and Beach Resort. I quickly gained tremendous experience working alongside some talented and skillful employees at Half Moon.👍I however moved on to working at several 5-star Resorts across my paradise island of Jamaica,🏝 namely: The ROYALTON WHITE SANDS, HYATT ZIVA/ZILLARA and The world FAMOUS RIU PALACE RESORT, working in the Front of House serving up some tasty and delicious food and beverages for guests.🥂🍾🥩🍗I quickly elevated my passion, which gave birth to me showcasing my huge level of experience on Top Class Cruiselines such as Marella Cruises (formerly Thomson Cruises TUI ) for 4 years, then a short stint on Seabourn Sojourn (Carnival Corporation)🛳🌊. Working onboarding Marella Cruises, was a fantastic experience, showcasing my talent in the Hot Stone Specialty Restaurant. I quickly got promoted from a server role to a supervisory position due to my professionalism mixed with experience. Today I'm still flying the banner high in this fantastic hospitality Industry and still enjoying my passion of providing exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction. 🚀
