• Manage the maintenance, preparation and routing of purchase orders• Prepare accurate bills of lading• Satisfy bills of lading in a timely manner• Communicate with FTL/LTL lines to ensure prompt pick-up and delivery of shipments• Arrange same-day deliveries whenever possible• Review purchase orders and shipment contents prior to releasing them from our facility• Track and analyze mis-shipments to ensure they don’t occur again• Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels• Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility• Processes orders and oversees cycle of order fulfillment

• Driving revenue by effectively addressing the customers’ needs, offering appropriate value proposition solutions, creating urgency.• Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline while focusing on refrigerated freight, and exceed monthly sales quota.• Sending quotes, proposals and contacts to clients in a timely fashion • Improving sales effectiveness: Increase product knowledge, competitive knowledge and productivity• Keep customers up to date on the whereabouts of their product and fixing problems in transit before they happen.
