I have been involved in the window and door industry for over 40 years. Mobile Screen Repair was founded in 1993 with my primary focus helping residential property management companies find solutions for their on-going screening requirements. We developed a Standardized Screen Management System which provides properties with an annual supply of window and patio door screens or complete retrofit programs.After years of visiting hundreds of properties - discussions with residents and staff were almost always the same - "We need new windows!" The windows and doors were rattling, noisy, drafty, didn't roll well etc. My response 90% of the time - you don't need new windows, your weatherstripping is original and is worn out or missing, the patio door and window wheels are seized. Just replace a few components and your windows will return to their original efficiency and performance. One small problem - there were not any companies specializing in this type of work on this scale.In 2017, I decided to start MSR Weatherstripping Inc. to offer a cost effective solution to multi-residential buildings (property management and condominiums) to eliminate or significantly delay the need for new windows and sliding patio doors.
