● Managing a team of 2 EHS Inspectors to provide EHS support and oversight at 3 California sites, including Chevron’s Global HQ, that are comprised of 4.1M square feet of office buildings and industrial sites with laboratories, workshops, job trailers and an airplane hangar. ● Staff management includes supervision, job descriptions, recruiting/hiring, development and training, coaching, disciplinary action, performance reviews, and team building. ● EHS support is provided to 53 CBRE employees and multiple contractors that provide maintenance, repair and construction services. Ensuring safety records and process of vendors and contractors are thoroughly vetted during contract reviews, safety measures are properly documented and followed by all parties conducting work at the facilities, and providing safety oversight of all high risk, permitted tasks at Chevron’s Global HQ - Confined Space, Working at Heights, Hot Work, Critical Lift Plans. EHS oversight has resulted in zero recordable injuries. ● Continuous review and improvement of safety programs includes recommending and adopting the installation of a fall protection system above 4 chillers to comply with Cal OSHA requirements which resulted in cost savings while attaining maximum safety for workers, and revamped the chemical inventory process which resulted in a 100% scores during internal audits.● Conducting monthly meetings with client's HES Management to ensure safety standards and measures align with Cal OSHA and Chevron requirements, adjusting as needed.● Conducting weekly safety meetings, and annual safety and injury prevention training, for CBRE’s in-house team. Meetings and trainings have resulted create a strong safety culture and cost savings for client and operations.

Contracted to Chevron Business and Real Estate Services● Managed 20 buildings totaling 1.5M square feet of office buildings at Chevron’s Global HQ, a remote disaster recovery site and an airplane hangar.● Implemented changes to confine space entry and scaffold inspection criteria to align safe work practices with Cal OSHA requirements.● Conducted meticulous audit preparation, resulting in an improvement from unsatisfactory (under prior management) to satisfactory grade.● Assisted with the development of health and safety working programs, strategies, and methods to prevent possible hazards: Working at heights, HazCom, Confined Space Entry.● Performed contractor engagement at industrial premises, inspected processes and procedures, and ensured good health and safety practices.● Implemented and managed BOSS (Behavior, Observation, Safety, System).● Assisted the account’s International sites to establish a safety culture.● Provided specific support for monitoring injury, illness and incident-related performance, and implementation of strategic solutions.● Examined permits, licenses, applications and records to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.● Prepared, organized, and maintained inspection records.● Investigated complaints and suspected violations.
