Responsible for completing tax compliance of a public corporation which included but not limited to federal and state income tax returns. Prepare quarterly state income tax estimate calculations. Assist in the quarterly and year-end income tax provision process. Responsible for overseeing the entire tax fixed asset process for all companies that comprise the company's US Consolidated Return. Responsible annually for managing tax repair and maintenance and receding face projects which have led to accelerated income tax deductions in excess of $10 million per year. Prepare and calculate the annual Agricultural Chemicals Security Credit that yields a credit of $2 million on the U.S. Consolidated Tax Return.
