Overseen emergency services of fire and safety personnel for contracted communities. Provided contracted 911 emergency services for fire and emergency medical services in towns lacking adequate services. Provided certified and trained personnel along with all emergency fire trucks and apparatus to maintain 24/7 fire rescue services Provided community education and fire risk reduction to communities under contract, served towns with populations of 700 to 5000 residents.

Provided multiyear contracted services for onsite Industrial and residential fire rescue departments, established services for safety, training, and inspection services to chemical plants, power plants and state prison facility, created fire rescue programs to protect plant workers and facilities located in the industrial corridor. Provided confined space entry and rescue programs along with fire suppression stand by. Inspected and tested facilities equipment used for items related to fire, hazmat, medical emergencies, or security issues. Provided consulting for items related to OSHA 1910, Homeland security, prevention of injuries of workers, health and safety and fire code compliance and review and permitting of new construction of facilities. Operated full-time fire stations located at State Prison Facilities, Power Plant facilities, and communities serving populations of 2300 to 5000 residents.

Southwest fire provided developmental fire and safety services to the master plan Developers and the communities built in the 1990s in calif by providing on site safety, fire and security services to some of the largest developments built in southern California. While the developments were being built the lack of emergency services were being addressed thru contracted onsite services for the thousands of homes being put into areas without emergency services. Upon annexation of the locations services would then be turn over to districts having jurisdiction. During this time services were provided to the largest names of developers of industry and residential communities. I was also a consultant for prevention of ECO Terrorism at construction sites in California and Las Vegas.

DOCKSIDE YACHT SERVICE AND REPAIR: Was contracted provider for new construction and repairs of vessels up to 200 feet in length, ran all repair and construction services under contract to South Bay Boat Yard. Replaced their existing staff with my Contracted company and employees, yard was owned by Southwest marine shipyards and specialized in large maritime repairs and construction, all vessels larger than 200 feet went to the drydock facilities near 32nd St naval base in San Diego

Ran and operated marine salvage and rescue vessels in the San Juan and gulf islands, Strait of Georgia and Strait of Juan De Fuca, Owned and operated vessels under the franchise of VESSEL ASSIST CANADA and MARINE ASSIST WASHINGTON. Provided services under agreement with Canadian Coast Guard Vancouver and U.S Coast Guard Seattle / Bellingham Washington Sector. Operated quick response vessels for calls requiring immediate Dewatering, Fire Suppression, or grounding/floundering prevention.

Was an original member of the establishing county trauma committee worked in the area until the opportunity in the marine industry was taken.
