Updating all existing documentation in line with the project. Devised a testing program for the existing system when integrated with the new system in line with the insurance requirements of a 100% test , so that Operations and the Installation contractor understand the business impact. Supporting the development of Cause and Effects matrix by integrating the new and existing  Qualified in Fire Risk assessments and fire safety - Nebosh certified 2023, so able to support sites as required.  Qualified in thermography, produced a training program to train the site maintenance managers so that they train out the to the maintenance staff to spot early potential failures.

 Vibration analysis, thermography – monitoring critical equipment by installing accelerometer, this equipment was identified by an external company doing an RCM survey, to high light equipment failure and plan in possible motor or bearing/gearbox replacement before failure. Project planning/running/installation, budget up to £50K – indentify critical money pits ie Leachate system breakdowns.  Involvement in major plant breakdown/problem solving – called in if shift technicians were unable to complete repairs within specified time limits. Using the input and output cards status in the fault or alarm conditions and also using all hardware that is in circuit or using the alarm history to identify a trend to stop the fault or alarm condition from occurring. Team-leader holiday cover – take on the role to achieve continuity. Training existing and new staff – all equipment for example gantry cranes, fire systems, primary and secondary shredders.  Efficiency improvement – installed and trailed a new type of Eddy Current Separator (extraction of Aluminum), high grade achieved. The integration of a trail Eddy Current Separator was achieved by altering the hardware and installing new Inverter and programming it to correct motor specification.  Refinement, e-stop modifications with full cable and equipment installation by myself. Installation of new conveyor in SBMRF worked with different contractors to install an upgraded by-pass conveyor and integrated into existing control system. Worked with colleague to re-program the modifications into the existing system. For example start/stop times of conveyors; fault flags ie thermal alarms, and extended e-stop circuit to encompass this modification.  All projects undertaken to adhere to company health and safety policy and British standard regulations.
