Key responsibilities and focus during this period covering Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness, Newcastle and Grimsby.To promote and monitor Health and Safety within the regional branch structure.Full P&L accountability for the region consisting of: Inverness, Aberdeen, Broxburn, Glasgow, Newcastle and Grimsby.Control and manage all financial aspects of the workshops in line with the business strategy and agreed budgets.Business Development and client relationship management to retain and increase revenue from current clients ans attain new business.Continually develop and diversify the business within the region.Continually challenge and assist the branch management teams to achieve annual targets.Identify strategic opportunities for the company and present in a business plan format to the UK board.Review and submit technical proposals to target customer. Re-profile the branch skill set’s to meet the demands and changes of the business.Chair monthly KPI meetings with the Branch Managers.Chair quarterly Sales / Business Development meetings with the Branch and Sales Managers.Attend quarterly Senior Management HSE / QA and Business Development meetings.
