Building on my extensive weld and fabrication background, I have had the privilege to extend and develop myself as an effective leader and Quality Engineer. I was a Production Supervisor for the biggest privately owned company in the United States prior to venturing into the Quality world. Starting off as a Quality Technician, I have trained and learned the vast world of 6-Sigma, ultimately leading into my current role of Quality Engineer. The company I work for has allowed me to establish and coordinate an inspection lab from the ground up, as well as implement the best practice of DMAIC into multiple company projects. -Engineered and coordinated multiple Quality initiatives within a fast-growing custom automation company. -Aided in setup of fabrication department and established best practice guidelines to ensure that Quality product is being produced right the first time. -Have led groups generated of individuals from diverse and unique backgrounds together to achieve the ultimate goal set forth. -Generated new leaders and stand out employees through proper coaching and appraisal.
