Dave is a Principal Engineering Geologist and partner at Aspect Consulting LLC where he has worked since 2001. Dave is a specialist in Puget Lowland stratigraphy and glacial geology. Working in a region where understanding complex geology is often critical to project success, he applies his expertise as lead geologist to focus engineering design for large civil projects including Brightwater Conveyance, and Sound Transit University Link and North Link Light Rail projects. Dave also works on smaller projects ranging from slope stability assessments and stabilization, to shoreline processes and protection, and geotechnical design of structures in difficult settings. Dave also applies his expertise on regional geology to focus studies of green stormwater infiltration feasibility and design. Dave is also a licensed hydrogeologist and supports water supply and environmental protection/remediation projects as well as drainage and construction dewatering projects.
