Role responsibilities:

-- Managing external and internal parties to meet the relevant service levels.
Working with and/or directing both internal direct reports and external vendors across full technology spectrum to deliver various Disaster recovery systems and Operational improvements. This involves communicating and managing the implementation & integration of new hardware, software, multiple vendors and internal stakeholders. These systems are required to deliver more stable, secure and accessible systems capable of driving & enabling growth of the business in the agreed strategic direction decided upon.

-- Implement and maintain a Secure, Stable, Responsive IT Infrastructure:
Ensure that system architecture is consistent with the relevant architecture framework.

-- System Security:
Implement security controls and processes (manual and automated / prevention and detection) to maintain the system integrity.

-- IT Disaster Recovery:
Ensure that the IT DR Recovery plan is up to date, and supports the BCP and the required DR facilities are in place and tested annually.

-- Licensing & Support compliance
Responsible for maintenance and support contracts for all critical hardware.
Additionally, ensure that appropriate Licenses are procured so that systems are compliant with vendor licensing requirements.
