Involved in a wide range of internal and customer projects delivering everything from a small system refresh to designing a multi site high availability Data Centre solution for airline ticketing. Responsible fir new product introduction in Blue Chip looking at ways if extending our product portfolio to resch new markets with similar skills. Introduced a number of new products including Axis network video systems, Aladdin Smart card solutions, TDSi access control systems as well as more mainstream networking and virtualisation products.

Interim operational Head of IT for Peverel Group.

Responsible for the internal IT provision for Siemens transportation UK. Including board level representation on IT and information strategy (CIO) Build internal IT department from scratch to deliver the IS solutions needed by STS.

Responsible for all aspects of the application of Siemens signalling product to the UK rail network

Technical Head of Signalling for Adtranz uk. Responsible for all aspects of Adtranz signalling systems in the UK and fir the Adtranz global centre if excellence in train detection.

From the CS&TE department in Edinburgh through 8 years in RS&TE Glasgow and its sucsessors. Then after a brief spell in Regional Railways HQ in Birmingham to Board HQ Signalling.
