In addition to his experience as an appraiser he worked for a national home builder and this expanded to becoming a licensed general contractor and starting a construction company with his wife. As the market changed, he adapted with the market and transitioned into on of the largest REO and Property Preservation Contractors in Phoenix with direct contracts and an approved vendor for Countrywide Home Loans, Bank of America, Wells Fargo as well as the majority of the Assest Management Companies and was a vital part of many of the Valley's REO brokerages success in providing services on Bank owned homes. He took his experience, expertise, and systems that were created from repairing and remodeling literally 1000's of houses coupled with his appraisal background established one of the most successful direct cash buyer business's in Arizona. This background percolated into building his current brain child ExitNest Inc. Where his experience with real estate and working with cash home buyers, hedgefunds, iBuyers and his desire to really help Homeowners and help move forward the #ibuyerrevolution combined to make the first cash homebuyer search engine.
