Senior manager responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of worldwide manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, quality assurance, purchasing, RMA/logistics, IT, web services and facilities. Implemented a continuous process improvement culture.

Evaluated the commercial viability of potential new products. Led all hardware design, final product validation and launch to manufacturing including software regression testing, product hardware qualification, BOM release, final product costing, and ECO release. Negotiated, reviewed and authorized NDAs, supply agreements, and purchase orders/licensing agreements. Drove the use of COTS components across product lines to reduce costs and improve quality. Developed and managed program financials.

Led production support functions including materials, quality assurance, manufacturing engineering, facilities, product regulatory compliance, and ES&H compliance.
