Once I observed the direct impact of my efforts as a lawyer on the lives of my clients, I knew that I had found my calling. In my job, especially in the fields of civil litigation and family law, one of my main desires is to put my clients’ minds at ease. The legal process can often be long and frustrating, so it’s important to me to help my clients keep the big picture in focus. I joined Sjoberg & Tebelius in 2003, after working in my solo civil litigation practice for twenty years. As a member of this team of lawyers, I have come to recognize the value we deliver to clients, and the reputation we’ve built through our commitment to ethics and professionalism. I especially pride myself on my own honesty and respectfulness with clients—having them appreciate that I was on their side is what I strive for. Every time I go court and the mediation table, I aim to have thorough and thoughtful analysis prepared, and I put forth quality representation. On a personal level, I love getting to meet with people each day.
