I am currently leading all aspects of Healthwise's client-facing functions for the Payer, Provider, and Digital Health markets, including Sales, Client Success, Channel Development, Marketing, and Client Services. In addition, my role is responsible for top-line revenue growth by acquiring new clients, client renewals, client expansion, and developing a channel strategy that extends the reach of our current teams. We partner with Payer organizations to strengthen their member education resources to create more robust Disease Management and Population Health programs that improve member engagement and health outcomes. In the Provider market, we support Health Systems with their efforts to create an enterprise approach to patient education across all of their care settings.

Led a team consisting of Sales, Client Success, and Channel sales that focused on client acquisition, growth, and retention in the provider market. In addition, we worked with providers to integrate our patient education solutions into their clinical workflow and patient portals to meet Meaningful Use requirements. As a result, our efforts have expanded to support Providers' patient engagement strategies in all care settings.

Responsible for working with Payers, Health Systems, Hospitals, Physician Groups, and Technology companies interested in using consumer health content on the West Coast. My responsibilities included new client acquisitions and maintaining existing relationships. In this role, I was at the beginning of Meaningful Use and the requirements to include patient education materials in the electronic medical record (EMR). In addition, our content solutions enhanced payers' disease management and care management programs and their member portals.

MicronPC was a niche personal computer manufacturer that built desktops, laptops, and servers. During my ten years at MicronPC, I held multiple sales and sales manager positions. I spent most of my time working on the Federal Sales Team to support our sales strategies with the United States Air Force.
