I have worked at a number of well-known companies, mostly focused on the provision of managed IT services, but also supporting server hardware/software solutions. I enjoy taking ownership of projects and seeing them through to completion; meeting customer expectations, providing support, and seeing satisfied customers. When it comes to work I am very detail oriented and can handle multiple projects at once - as well as being able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
