Specifically:In charge of the Project Development Department, I participated in the conception of the "MystartupAfrica" ​​project on the development and financing of dynamic innovation ecosystems in French-speaking Africa (Democratic Republic of Congo, Senegal, Togo, Burkina Faso and Ivory Coast). I carried out consulting missions in Business Model optimization and business plan development for clients. In general:Partner and co-founder of the Assistance Management and Innovation department, in charge of conception and planning of the commercial and marketing strategy of the company. I was in charge of designing customized offers for clients, developing and implementing new consulting services.

These missions enabled me to carry out academic paper attempting for the first time to evaluate the level of marketing strategies in the microfinance sector in the Democratic Republic of Congo. I was able to develop a tool to measure the main marketing strategies (brand, product, distribution and customer service) and make recommendations through a study conducted on the institutions of the city of Kinshasa
