I enjoy turning science into meaningful, engaging, discussions on the next user's level. This includes conversations with farmers through to keynote presentations at research symposium. • Peer reviewed papers on almond water use in drought conditions, the growth and development of annual legumes, and the application of growth hormones on seed production. • Delivery of internal and external milestones on time and on budget, including comprehensive pre-project documents outlining entire projects and timelines for delivery, up to and including final reports and project closure procedures. • Farmer-focussed outputs highlighting water use in almonds during drought, grazing perennial shrubs and water use in dryland crops rotations. • Managing functional teams working towards shared goals with minimal supervision.
