About Dave Montgomery

I have over 31 years experience as a production supervisor. My goal is to always get the job done in a timely manner. I am also driven by safety. I have attended numerous safety trainings and have been a part of many safety and rescue teams . Safety is my upmost concern whether its at work or a fire scene. I never take short cuts. I want to make sure everyone goes home at the end of the shift. I have taken 5s, Continuous Improvement and Train the Trainer classes throughout my career.
