Instrumental in the design, planning, and development of an award winning 18 hole golf course. Managed a staff of up to 40 laborers and equipment operators to complete the construction of a championship golf course on time and on budget. Helped to establish the business and continue as a member of the board and decision maker.

Demonstrating my leadership, communication, and organizational skills I quickly moved from a site manager position into a full time Project Manager role. Duties not only included PM accountabilities, but also instructing staff and reviewing drafts, architectural, fabrication and shop drawings. Successfully completed many projects up to and exceeding $6,000,000.

Established and managed a logging business, harvesting timber in environmental and socially sensitive areas in a low impact, eco friendly manner.
