West And Northwest Region

Lead all Charter Communications West and Northwest Region warehouse operations. Play a key role in developing operational goals, objectives, operating strategy, planning and execution. Direct the financial and operating objectives of warehouse and supply chain operations within California, Arizona, Washington, Oregon,Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Colorado and Hawaii.

West Region

Lead all Time Warner Cable West Region warehouse operations. Play a key role in developing operational goals, objectives, operating strategy, planning and execution. Direct the financial and operating objectives of warehouse operations within the West Region.

Accountable for activities related to monthly capital reporting and analysis, inventory supply chain management within the Western Region and developing/monitoring a $250 Million annual capital budget, reporting to department VP while managing 2 direct reports. •Oversaw quarterly capital forecasting process resulting in increased budgeting allocation accuracy.•Oversaw annual capital budget process resulting in contained costs and expenditures. •Oversaw supply management functions and inventory reporting resulting in increased compliance to internal operating procedures and policies.•Developed and implemented various capital and inventory reporting metrics resulting in more accurate and relevant data creation for management decision-making. •Conducted operations and internal control audits (SOX compliance) resulting in increased oversight. •Managed capital expenditure purchasing and reporting resulting in effectively meeting capital project needs.

Accountable for internal audit, accounts payable, tax filing and monthly financial processes with a staff of 40 (including 2 assistant controllers), a procurement manager and 4 warehouse managers. •Administered software conversion from People Soft Financials to Oracle resulting in a more effective data reporting, analysis and warehousing process.•Created real time monthly financial review process updates resulting in increased financial statement accuracy. •Managed supply management group of approximately 100 associates in the areas of procurement, purchasing, real estate and warehousing resulting in greater operational efficiency.•Standardized and consolidated vendor contracts and services resulting in annual company savings of $500,000.•Reduced average inventory warehouse storage from $27 to $18 million resulting in more efficient inventory usage and $9 million in annual company savings.
