Solutions Consultant supporting our Investments Business Unit and Corporate Functions. Key responsibilities include intake and prioritization, business engagement, consultation and stakeholder management to ensure alignment that delivers industry-leading practices and scalable programs and services across Liberty's global population (48k).

Manages and supports a team of Talent Delivery Specialists that focus on delivering high impact initiatives, projects and processes that support talent strategies, business development and achievement of business goals across the enterprise.

Provide enterprise-wide talent acquisition support.

Provide Campus Recruiting talent acquisition support.

- Build and maintain strategic relationships with nine different Partnership Schools to brand Liberty Mutual as an employer of choice and build entry level pipeline of talent for all undergraduate functions- Implement process efficiencies through campus recruiters leading to continuous improvement outcomes such as adoption of recruiting technology initiatives and robust campus data reporting- Manage technology platforms and partnerships (i.e. Recsolu, SharePoint, Oracle) to create a campus technology strategy to reinforce common recruiting processes and deliver consistent data and reporting- Analyze and present recruiting data to key stakeholders to support a company-wide view into talent sources - Perform life-cycle recruiting activities through the Northeastern University Co-op Program to maintain quality of hire pipeline including detailed co-op recruiting plan, calendar of events and scheduled communications in support of retaining and converting talent- Mentor current HR Development Program Associate and HR Intern to develop role as coach, role model, advocate and trusted counsel

HR Technology and Systems Management- Administrated multiple HR applications including Taleo Recruiting and BMC Footprints Service Core and acted as the liaison between IT, vendors and business contacts- Implemented operational processes for managing Talent Acquisition technology initiatives- Partnered with 60+ HR application owners to identify impacts, build remediation plans and track progress for our Strategic Business Unit realignment - Successfully led and implemented three Taleo upgrades by consulting with business leads, IT and vendor contacts on requirements, system configurations, and test phases - Routinely presented key HR Technology topics, acting as a subject matter expert

HR Technology and Systems Management- Provided production support and administrative services for all HR applications; including Oracle E-Business Suite, Sharepoint, EMC Documentum, Taleo Recruiting, BMC Footprints, Time Management, etc.- Communicated production support break/fix resolution and deployment of system releases/upgrades to HR Systems, Payroll Operations, HRSC, and IT Management teams, as well as business leads- Inventoried/enhanced all Documentum EDM test scripts to ensure full requirements traceability through three upgrades- Wrote detailed business requirements and test cases for Oracle EBS R12 manager self-service functionality

Human Resources Development Program- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills by establishing working relationships and serving as a primary HR Policy resource - Analyzed HR procedures and policies in order to streamline processes and improve the customer experience- Partnered with HR Development to create new Oracle Gateway training modules after identifying improvements and inaccuracies

- Organized community associations to address food shortages, health issues, and community development- Initiated income generating activities through sustainable food initiatives to stimulate local economy- Implemented educational malaria prevention and mosquito net provision plan for rural communities- Obtained funding for and established a grain and cereals bank and local governance board
