With state of the art rubber compounds we can improve production and reduce cost.I enjoy finding solutions to solve many of the industry’s problems and developing long standing relationships. My experience as a pressman in my early years has given me the experience to become a trainer and help many advance their careers including myself. I moved on to operations manager in charge of a printing plant, including setting up procedures and equipment acquisition. In 1997 I joined Bottcher in a sales role and loved helping my customers print better. I rapidly made it to the number one position in sales and entered sales management. Currently I am developing the industrial and Flexo markets. With the experience I gained over the years it is a pleasure working with the diverse industries in providing solutions and improving productivity. The industry is very good to me and I dedicate time to be on the Board of Directors to give back and provide guidance to make the industry stronger.In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my grandkids and kayak fishing with the Wounded Warriors and Heroes on the Water.
