Working as a Project Manager/Planner in FL, TX, AZ, MA, PA CT and NJ reviewing projects right after site survey for a plan of attack and if there might be any issues that could come up during install or design. Calling out electrical issues and any possible main service panel upgrades, tap boxes or relocations that may be needed along with ways to interconnect. Checking roofs for any missing shingles or patch work using Scantily so that if a roof was not built in to the contract that we may resell to include it if need be to not have problems during install and decrease the timeline from new sale to completion. Once identified that there is roofing or electrical work needed I would get bids from subcontractors, review bids/approve bids, schedule work to be done, follow up with subs asking for photos and invoices and having them paid once proof of completion was given. Doing all this using Salesforce and a personal CRM that I've created to track projects.

Started out responsible for the project management of all subcontracted work for the Southeast including electrical, ground mounted solar, roof work and miscellaneous work needed and moving to lead project manager for the entire East coast including IL and WI for the construction of residential solar ground mounts from beginning to end. Procuring new subcontractors in areas where there is more work than one sub can handle. Working with vendors to establish sources for material to keep timelines short and homeowners happy.

Responsible for overseeing production of residential solar projects from new deals, plan review, permitting, installation and interconnection. Working with building departments, subcontractors, material vendors, and homeowners to ensure a flawless installation to satisfy the customer’s needs and vision.

Responsible for all permitting for commercial construction of cell phone towers in the state ofFlorida. Working with multiple jurisdictions throughout the state of Florida with applying for new permits, maintaining active status, paying of all fees, submitting all required documentation, scheduling inspections and closing out permits upon completion of construction. Maintaining an up to date tracker that shows progress of over 100 projects that were in construction.
