15 years within the same company, starting from a student to full time worker then on to supervisor and then manager, i have just spent the last two years working within the property team overlooking many refits one of my best was Hillsborough based in an old barracks, I am now a Duty manager at the Wetherby Morrisons Store one of Morrisons most highest profile shops, within the last year I have launched the most successful Home Delivery Department within the Leeds Bradford area, constantly hitting green on every kpi (made home delivery trainer for leeds Bradford area) I built a team of 50+ during the height of covid from every walks of life to deliver the best standards that our customers need and expect, throughout the journey we have gone from a £50k operation to over 100k a week running on 4 Van's, we are awaiting planning permission to make it at 8 van operation, also the best click and collect in the company for wait time over christmas 2020 (under one minute and best service) always pushing for the best for our customers I have been hand picked to launch Online Home Delivery in the most high profile shop within the Morrisons estate after Delivering Top KPIs in my previous shop
