I had the pleasure of getting to know Dave while we were on an International assignment in Japan for Toyota. Dave’s ability to connect people of different backgrounds and cultures facilitated the effective communication between Japanese and non-Japanese. This created the atmosphere of easy interaction to be able to understand and learn from one another. Dave’s actions also helped improve on-the-job performance when relationships formed outside of the office played out within the office.
