Wichita, Kansas Area

Directed 10 Store Team Leaders across the state of Kansas. Responsible for $275 million in annual sales volume, and $25 million in expenses. Accountable for staffing, development and retention of 83 executives, and 1300 team members. Responsible for customer service, team member relations, assets protection, shortage and safety.
