I am a qualified executive coach, and a coaching supervisor with a professional interest in Neuroscience. As a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. I coach from an ethical base that supports my clients in gaining insights into the situation they wish to work on.I work with individuals and teams who want to understand how we make better decisions in challenging circumstances, and help move from threat responses to positive outcome strategies. At the same time build psychologically safe environments.My coaching supervision offers opportunities for quality assurance against ethical standards, learning new techniques and support to coaches. I deliver individual and group supervision for coaching teams so that you are assured that you are getting the best return on investment from your coaches.I have worked with a wide range of clients including Consultant Psychiatrists, and service directors to team leaders in large organisations such as the NHS, Social Services and the Police. as well as private sector company directors, thought leaders and freelance coaches. My coaching is geared towards supporting you in understanding your own leadership style and helping you look at personal and performance growth in your role, which may include helping you review your business or personal goals. I worked within the NHS for 32 years in a variety of leadership roles including, mental health services, HR, Organisational Development and Patient safety.
